Personal & Professional Experience
Dr. Goldberg suffered from Rheumatoid Disease & Ulcerative Colitis as a young man. Told by physicians his condition was incurable and that he would become crippled, he began a personal journey to identify the causal factors behind autoimmune disorders and restore his health and that of others. This led to him studying Chronic Disease Control and Epidemiology at the University of Texas Medical Center in Houston, writing his Thesis on Rheumatoid Disorders. This was followed by his becoming a professor of Clinical Nutrition and Public Health at the professional, graduate and postgraduate level for over thirty years. Read more.
